The Landison Tourism Group is an established and highly experienced hospitality management and investment company encompassing the hotel and mixed use real estate markets. Our experience in the hospitality sector started in 1986 with the opening of the Hangzhou International Hotel opposite Wulin Sqaure in the heart of Hangzhou. The site is now being redeveloped to make way for a new iconic lifestyle-retail-commercial-hotel landmark opening towards 2013.

Today, our eleven subsidiary and one share holding companies employ over 1,500 professional associates.

Our flagship property is the award-winning Landison Plaza Hotel Hangzhou, a 285-room five-star hotel complimented with the cities leading food & beverage operation and extensive catering facilities. The hotel celebrated it’s 10th year anniversary in December 2010. Opened in early 2009, our latest properties are two upscale boutique resorts being the award-winning and tea-inspired Landison Longjing Resort Hangzhou and the Landison Putuoshan Resort Zhoushan, nestled within the ancient Buddhist temples on this pristine island.

The Landison Tourism Group will soon welcome the new Landison Nantong Hotel, the cities only five-star hotel which will feature over 200 guest rooms, a 2,000sqm Grand Ballroom, Café, Lobby Lounge and our signature Chinese Restaurant, Summer Palace. Opening late 2010.

In 2011, two upscale boutiques will be added to our portfolio while our platinum five-star Ningbo hotel opens toward the end of the year.
Our hotel management division specializes in operating hotels and resorts from the popular compact-budget Elan brand to premium luxury city center hotels and nature-inspired boutique resorts under the Landison and Veegle brands. The Landison Tourism Group provides a full consultancy service for pre and post hotel openings as well as full hotel management services staffed by experienced hospitality professionals under the direction of our expatriate Chief Operating Officer. This division manages over thirty hotels and resorts in more than ten provinces such as Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Hunan, Gansu and others.
